CNC Billet Clutch Covers

Lighter than stock steel and much stronger than carbon fibre, billet aluminum construction provides the maximum protection possible for clutch components, while minimizing unecessary weight. HMC Racing subjected them to destruction testing before putting them on Steve Rapp's, Andy Meklau's, and Scott Russell's bikes during the 2001 season. Very simply, they outperformed cast and composite products in every respect. Machined entirely from solid aluminum stock, CC series clutch covers are strong. Their open design provides enhanced ventilation to help keep the clutch running cool and clean. Available in fully open and half- open models, Cycle Cat clutch covers not only perform, but look good in the process. Some say these are the most beautiful things ever installed on a Ducati.

CNC Billet Sprocket Covers

Cycle Cat SC series billet aluminum sprocket covers are designed first for lightweight strength, and are available in three styles, each of which comes in a choice of three standard colors. Lighter than steel, stronger than carbon and plastic, these billet covers provide outstanding, long-lasting protection and visual impact.

Bar Mounting Systems

The BR series of multi-adjustable bar mounting systems make up one-half of a total rips. BR systems enables both bar height and angle adjustment through a simple, strong, and beautifully-executed design. The systems consist of two CNC-machined billet risers, into which are fitted specially-machined stainless steel sleeves, and a machined set of bars, taper-bored internally for strength and drilled for stock control mounting.

Rearsets

The RS series of multi-adjustable rearset systems makes up one-half of a total rips, the most complete product available for optimizing rider position and motorcycle ergonomics. Used together with the Cycle Cat BR series of multi-adjustable bar mounting system, RS rearsets provide a range of adjustment limited only by your motorcycle itself. In general, the range of adjustment is far in excess of what anyone will ever use.

CNC Billet Triple Clamps

TC series triple clamps are CNC-machined, billet aluminum top triple clamps designed to fit a range of Ducati models. Strong, light, and flat out beautiful, the TC series incorporates a milled trellis pattern which evokes the signature of Ducati design and styling. Its beauty is only exceeded by its functionality, as the trellis pattern is extremely strong and rigid, providing enhanced stiffness. All TC series triple clamps come fully drilled and tapped for mounting of ignition switch, reservoirs, or other accessories, as appropriate to and required by the various models. TC series clamps are also designed to facilitate the use of BR series bar mounting systems on Ducati Monster models.

Frame Slider Systems

S series frame slider components include an IMS chromolly engine mount stud, two IMS CNC-machined aluminum nuts with stainless steel thread inserts, and two IMS CNC-machined polymer sliders. Systems mount up through the front motor mount, replacing the stock stud with a stronger alternative, attached at the strongest point on the motorcycle frame. Sliders are removable and replaceable via two screws, allowing quick and easy changeover between uncut and cut bodywork, should both types be desired.

Bar Slider Systems

The BS series of IMS bar slider systems are designed in to protect the bar ends and levers should the bike go down. CNC-machined of black polymer material, the slider ends are designed to absorb impact and endure abrasion, while adding nothing but beauty to your motorcycle.BS series slider systems include CNC-machined billet aluminum taper nuts which make installation a 1-minute job, and which hold the sliders securely in place, and won't sag under pressure. And as with all Cycle Cat products, replacement parts are available for every component of a BS series bar slider system.

Race Bike Starter

The MS series race bike starter makes starting any motorcyle an effortless, one-person operation. Simply roll the rear wheel into position, sit on the bike, pull in the clutch, put it in gear, press the footswitch, and let out the clutch. Done. Then how do you get out? Pressing the other side of the footswitch engages an electro-mechanical roller lock. With the rollers locked, you simply ride away. Stall? Just repeat the process. The lock will automatically disengage. Trick features include auto-lock timer and drive chain safely and totally tucked away inside the heavy, 11ga steel tubing frame. Rollers are mounted to heavy-duty ball bearing blocks. And it all folds up for storage.

Clip-on Adapter for Ducati Monster S4

The DRA-1 consists of a pair of CNC machined billet adapters which mount seamlessly onto a stock Monster S4 triple clamp, and provide a secure mounting for any 50mm clip-on or riser. Incorporating mounting tabs for the instrument cluster, the DRA-1 also permits up to 8mm of fork tube height adjustment, and is finished in silver (clear) anodize. The DRA-1 kit includes two adapters as shown, blue anodized billet plugs which screw in or out for fork adjustment, and all mounting hardware. The Cycle Cat titanium-finished F15-50 bar risers shown at left are for illustration purposes only, and are not included with the DRA-1 kit.

GP (Reverse) Shifters

The SL series of GP (reverse) shifters provides an easy conversion from the standard street shift pattern to the reverse shift pattern more appropriate for racing. The various models available and in development include all necessary components to bolt-on and go racing.

Strong, light, and beautiful, the SL series products all incorporate Cycle Cat's adjustable toe piece, and are CNC machined of solid stock for strength, rigidity, and quick, solid shift feel.

Lightweight Billet Aprilia Sidestand

NEW! It is a bit of a departure for Cycle Cat to make a side stand, but in the case of the Aprilia Mille and Mille R, it almost felt like a responsibility. These bikes are extraordinary machines both in design and performance. Their sidestand, sadly, is not, and is such a glaring exception, that they felt they had to provide an option. The AKS-1billet sidestand is a simple, strong, and extremely handsome replacement for the overweight and awkward-looking stock component.
