Engine Building
and Blueprinting: What
level of performance are you looking for? What is the intended
use for your motor? Is it a street bike or occasional track
day bike where performance and reliability must go hand in hand?
Or are you looking to be the first bike into turn one lap after
lap? Either way, we are happy to consult with you to determine
what will work for you. If you take some time to look at our
Tech Reports, it should become evident
that "cookie cutter" motors are not our thing. That
is not to say that we don't build the same thing more than once,
but we are not forced to build the same thing over and over.
Our ability to custom tune any combination allows us to be more
than just a one trick pony. So street, race, anything in between.
They all get the same documentation, testing and tuning.
Custom Mapping
and Dyno Testing: There
are several discussions on this site about this service and
why it's important. Check out Fuel Injection

Injector
Cleaning and Matching: We have identified injector
flow as one variable that can have an effect on drivability.
Just like dirty carbs, clogged injectors add to poor performance.
We have invested in equipment to test injector flow rates and
spray patterns. When we find dirty, compromised injectors, they
are then cleaned ultrasonically and retested. This is just one
more way we test our work to insure you get results. Send us
your injectors, and we'll service them for you.
Suspension
Services: A motorcycle
is a combination of systems working together. When they do so
harmoniously, you have something special, a bike that is a joy
to ride. When just one system is not up to the job you have
something else. That is why we see the need to offer custom
suspension tuning. It is another way for us to finish the job.
We use only the finest parts
and components from industry leaders RaceTech and Ohlins. As
Paul Thiede from RaceTech often says, "The best you have
ridden is the best you know." Wouldn't you like to know
better?

Packages we have developed. (link) These packages include custom
tuning as the final step in the process. The prices listed here
are averages based on prior work. As such, they may not necessarily
reflect the cost of each individual job, as every bike will
vary a little. They do not include the cost of an appropriate
exhaust system.
For full race packages or any
applications not seen here, just call for consultation. Save
yourself a lot of trouble and expense and take advantage of
our experience. We will guide you to the results you seek with
the least hassle. It is always cheaper to do it right the first
time.
